About

Domingo Made was originally created solely for the purpose of providing high-quality printed products that could be stood behind and serve as a second source of income, a “side hustle” if you will.

Along the way of figuring out what to sell, the World War 2 propaganda posters were found, and a new mission was immediately decided upon. Not only was the goal to provide high-quality products, but to also provide products that instill a greater amount of pride in our nation and help preserve incredible elements of our history. These propaganda posters are truly special and helping to preserve and share them with others has been an honor in and of itself. To Domingo Made, this artwork represents a nod to the past and current servicemen and women and our veterans who have fought to defend the freedoms we enjoy.

Growing up and still to this day, Charles’ father could be found watching World War 2 movies just about every night, with many of them being the same movies repeatedly. Charles watched most of them as well, but would often ask “Dad, how are you watching this same movie you watched Monday night?”. After taking a deep dive into these posters and more of the history as a result, Charles now totally understands the obsession. But also, isn’t this just like a thing 20% of dads do? Is it what you do? Is that why you’re here….?

What Does it Mean to be Domingo Made?

Well, it means a couple of things, both figuratively and literally…

To be Domingo Made means that an extra level of care and attention to detail was taken to create some of the best remastered US propaganda posters possible, which are then placed onto high-quality materials that are sure to do it justice.

Domingo Made also carries another meaning… if you’re ready for it. These products are literally designed on a road called Domingo Drive. So, they are “Domingo made” aha. This also resulted in an unintentional even deeper meaning. Since this is a “side hustle”, most of the work done here is completed after hours or on the weekend, and Sunday in Spanish is… domingo. It was all meant to be.
